Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Additionally, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Mayhaven Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Any issues that occur during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.
